內在小孩

愛自己，代表的不只要認可、接受及愛自己內在的神性部分，也要去認可、接受及愛自己那個依然在學習的部分，這個部分也許犯了許多錯，有時也像是個失敗者，但是將自己的內在小孩與神性大我連結在一起，是每個人都要經歷的旅程。所謂的內在小孩，就是不成熟和未覺醒狀態下的意識在累世所攜帶、增加且不斷累積的能量。內在小孩是我們內在最純真且願意信任的部分，而這個部分一直遭到拒絕、感到失望及受傷。他是我們未覺醒的部分以小孩的形式存在著，他是我們最純真狀態之下的個性表達。他所攜帶的沈重能量，只能由我們自己來清理，我們的內在小孩必須得到認可、接納、愛、指引和保護，現在就該這麼做。
